HR & Admin Manager   




  CSC India - Contemporary Services Corporation is looking for HR & Admin Manager



Job Description

Candidate should have a B.Sc/ BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field (MBA will be an added advantage)
Minimum experience of 5+ years as HR officer or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong work ethics

Key Responsibilities-

Handling end-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, conducting initial telephonic discussion, processing to client)
Sourcing resumes from various sources - employee referrals, job portals, ads, and company website job postings
Screening the candidates through telephonic conversation for their communication skills & personality profile
Understanding all specific technical skills which are required for a position
Handling requirements for all levels

Negotiating the salary according to Company Standards
Follow up with the short-listed candidates till they join the Company.
Closing many critical requirements in Multinational Companies
Should be familiar with the complete life cycle of the recruitment process
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline
