  Invisia BPO Solutions Private Limited is looking for Manual Testing Engineer



Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirement analysis, test case creation and execution, defect logging using JIRA, test case management, functional testing, usability testing, and working in an Agile environment.

Must Have Skills:

Proven experience in manual testing, including creating and executing test plans and test cases.
Strong expertise in requirement analysis and test case management.
Proficiency in defect logging and tracking using JIRA.
Experience with functional testing, including smoke, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Expertise in usability testing, including UI, UX, and GUI testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum environment.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Good to Have Skills:

Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks
Familiarity with CI/ CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
Knowledge of BDD/ TDD methodologies and tools.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude with a high degree of initiative.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive requirement analysis to understand the scope and objectives of the project.
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Conduct extensive manual testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Manage and maintain test cases and test documentation.
Perform functional testing to ensure the application meets the specified requirements:
Smoke Testing: Conduct preliminary testing to catch major issues before more detailed testing.
Integration Testing: Ensure different modules and components of the application work together as expected.
System Testing: Validate the complete and integrated software product.
End-to-End Testing: Verify the flow of an application from start to finish to ensure complete functionality.
Conduct usability testing to ensure a positive user experience, including:
User Experience (UX) Evaluation: Assess how easy and intuitive the application is for end-users, focusing on overall user satisfaction.
