Candidate should be Any Graduate with min of 6 months of experience into technical support
Should have good experience into international voice process
Willing to work from office
Looking for candidates from Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities-

Supporting Clients on the technical quires.
Resolving Technical issues via call and by taking remote access.
L1 Support/ Knowledge on active directory
