Job Description



Sutherland is hiring for International Voice Process (Hybrid) - Shift Timings: 5 Days working with 24*7 Rotational Shifts and 2 Rotational Off. - Salary: 18000 + Incentives - HSC or Graduate freshers can apply. -1 year of international BPO experience can also apply. - Immediate Joiners can apply - Location: Airoli

A passionate and articulate individual with a genuine desire to help others.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office/ Excel proficiency will be great.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Bonus Points:

Experience with customer service or technical support in voice will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic and manage performance KPIs.
