  AASR Collaborative Private Limited is looking for Manager - HR & Administration



Job Description



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager - HR & Administration to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee both the Human Resources and Administration departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities (Human Resources):

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Key Responsibilities Administration:

Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective support services.
Manage office facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and manufacturing unit.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle budget planning, expense management, and cost control for administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
