  Infosys BPM Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive - LMS



Job Description



We are hiring for Technical Support Executive - LMS (Learning Management System) for Bangalore/ Mysore/ Pune Location.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in technical support, from a technical (B.Sc. Computer, B. Tech CS or equivalent) background.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Willingness to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support to end users using the learning platform.
Troubleshoot platform-related issues, including login problems, content access, and navigation.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical bugs or glitches.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and permissions.
Communicate effectively with learners and clients via ticketing system, email, chat, or phone.
Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or developers.

Additional Responsibilities:

Monitoring Batch Jobs: Should be capable of monitoring batch jobs within the learning platform. This involves ensuring that scheduled processes (such as data imports, backups, or automated tasks) run successfully and identifying any issues promptly.
Server Stats Monitoring: Monitoring server performance metrics (CPU usage, memory, disk space, etc.) is essential. Should be able to proactively identify anomalies or resource bottlenecks and take appropriate actions.
Alert Monitoring in Teams Channel: Responsible for monitoring alerts generated by the learning platform. These alerts could be related to system errors, performance degradation, or security incidents. Timely response and escalation are crucial.
