Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate (MBA HR) or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment and Onboarding, Time Office Management, HR Generalist Activities, Administration, Contract Labour Management, Welfare Management and Statutory Compliance. Must have excellent communication & leadership skills.

Role & Responsibilities-

HR Generalist end to end HR activity
Manpower Management (Contract labours and Trainees)
General Administration Canteen / Security / Transport
Overall Facility Management Agreements /AMC
Statutory Compliance PF /ESI / Prof Tax / Property Tax/ Fire License / Sanitary License
Employee engagement / Event Management / Hospitality Management

Liasoning Govt and Other stakeholders
Time Office Management
Employee Welfare Uniforms /Shoes
Postal and Courier management
IATF /EMS/ OHSAS Audit preparation
ESG Awareness
