Senior Java Developer




  LanceTech Solutions Private Limited is looking for Senior Java Developer



Job Description

Candidate should be B.E/ B.Tech/ M. Tech or MCA with 7-10 years of experience in software development using Java.
Experience in software solution development and delivery, preferably with a SaaS delivery model.
Proficiency in developing solutions based on a microservice architecture.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Track record of successful delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Knowledge of ORMs like Hibernate and RDMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Strong understanding of TDD, CI/CD, agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, and automation.
Experience developing enterprise business software backed by RBDMS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Advocate for best practices in software development and service delivery, including agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and TDD.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across geographical locations in a matrixed organization.
Stay updated with industry trends to enhance development processes and service offerings.
Cultivate a culture of learning, growth, and productivity within the team.
