Job Description

Person should be Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Network Support, Customer Support, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Male & Female
Age : 18-30 Years

Role & Responsibilities-

Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems via phone, email, or chat.
Documentation: Keeping detailed records of support requests and solutions for future reference.
User Training: Educating users on software features and best practices.
System Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues proactively.
Collaboration: Working with IT teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
Installation and Configuration: Assisting with the setup and configuration of software and hardware.
