Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Support Documentation, Compliance and Policies, Interview Scheduling, HR Coordination, Employee Relations. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities-

Developing & implementing HR strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
