  Zendrive Inc. is looking for Technical Support Specialist



Job Description



Applicant must be a College graduate with a technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience (Computer Engineering, MIS, etc.) with 1 to 4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the mobile space. Experience with mobile apps, SDKs, mobile dev languages and issue debugging. Strong spoken and written language skills for working with high-value customers and publishing documentation.

Should have experience working with product and engineering teams.
Interest in working in a fast-growing environment with changing responsibilities.
Bonus points: Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language (E.g. Python, Shell scripting, etc.)

Job Responsibilities-

Respond to incoming technical support tickets and own the support process during IST hours; use internal tools/logs to solve issues at the L1 level if possible; escalate to L2/L3 support as needed. Meet ticket SLAs and work with the engineering team to communicate timelines with customers. Identify trending issues early and proactively escalate internally.

Segment support requests amongst device issues, platform issues, and application issues, using your judgment to prioritize and escalate critical issues. Author knowledge base articles for common issues & FAQs for technical questions. Learn from incidents and work on improving processes and documentation. Attend customer meetings as needed.
