  Sparsa Digital Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Customer Support, Networking, Product Support, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities-

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Interacting with customers
Configure Devices and Systems
Monitor and maintain Digital Screens
Give customers timely and accurate feedback on the issues

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Keep all Digital screens & IOT in the market up and running. Monitor and address any issues affecting DS functionality promptly. Manage all offline Digital Screens & IOT efficiently. Create tasks for the ground support team to address issues related to offline DS promptly within the defined TAT.
