  Concretech India Priavate Limited is looking for HR & Administration Manager



Job Description



We are looking for qualified HR Manager/ Head with 5-10 years experience in HR Administration, Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Attendance Management and General Administration. Able to manage the team and maintain a healthy work environment.

Job Responsibility-

Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
Handling & coordinating HR operations for HO & Plant.
Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records
Handling complete employee life cycle management of all department.
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
Handling post recruitment activities, intimation to the concerned department & bachelor accommodation, pre-employment health.
Documentation of joining formalities and do the hiring to release appointment letter.

Processing confirmations & transfers of employees and follow up with reporting manager.
Handling E Performance Management system, launching goal setting forms &collating.
Preparing yearly behaviour training calendar & coordinating e- training in LMS.
Managing & uploading monthly attendance of employees for salary processing. Solving monthly attendance issues.
Handling employee payroll related issues. Checking & processing of salary of employees.
Handling exits formalities & releasing experience certificate to employees. Coordinating with finance department for the FFS of employees.
Data cleaning and closing of employees. Keeping a track of all FFS & follow up with accounts.
Send the insurance data every month & maintain the MIS as per joining & exit of employees
Handling & solving Employee insurance related issues.
