Motion Drivetronics Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive

Job Description	Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Attendance Management, Housekeeping and Security management. Must have excellent communication skills. Role & Responsibilities: Ensuring timely salary payment to workers. By 2nd of the next month. Timely Leave & Attendance reports of the workers and blue collar staff Ensuring necessary payments with respect to PT, PF, ESIC, MLWF, etc is taking place from time to time. Counselling Contract/ Line worker about any problems they may have at work w.r.t harassment, discrimination, grievances, etc. Housekeeping and Security management Timely renewal of contracts and AMCs Renewal of the rate contracts on timely basis Liaisoning on timely basis with various govt authorities and other relevant authorities. Training Calendar for Contract and Lineworker and ensuring the same is happening Recruitment of Contract and Staff Junior level based on urgency Vendor management Bonus (Financial/Production and Leave Encashment) calculation for LW PR1 requsiiton to be made for HRD Visiting Colleges and Institute for ITI / Basic Grad Infrastructure maintenance of the shop floor with the help of maintenance supervisor. Conducting employee engagement activities on a regular basis
