  Panzer Technologies Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Assistant



Job Description



Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and MS Office suite.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Job Responsibility-

1. Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Data Management: Maintain employee records, including personal information, tax details, and salary adjustments. Update payroll systems promptly with any changes or modifications.
3. Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Coordinate enrollments, deductions, and reconciliations with payroll processing.
4. Compliance: Stay updated with relevant labor laws, taxation regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to statutory guidelines in payroll processing and reporting.
5. Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights into payroll expenses, discrepancies, and trends. Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and management.
6. Customer Service: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and taxation promptly and professionally. Provide guidance and assistance as needed.
7. Systems Management: Utilize payroll software and HRIS platforms effectively to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT support as necessary.

Shift timings: 3pm to 12am.
