Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with MBA in HR/ Personal Management or equivalent with 2 to 7 years of experience in HR Administration, Housekeeping, Contract Labour Management, Industrial Relations, Liasoning. He should have experience of working in Plant HR role.

HR and Administration
Facilitate the Grievance Handling system for the plant
Housekeeping, Contract labour management
Statutory & legal Compliance, Industrial relations, Liasoning
