QA Engineer (Manual Testing)   




  BNET Insurance Brokers Pvt. Limited is looking for QA Engineer (Manual Testing)



Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and be proficient with tools like JIRA and various testing techniques. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements.
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA, ensuring thorough documentation and communication with the development team.
Conduct regression testing to verify that previous issues have been resolved and that new features have not introduced new issues.
Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Value-Added Skills:

ISTQB Certifications
Automation Testing

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in manual testing within a software development environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
Familiarity with automation testing is a plus.
