  Kumudu Software Solutions Pvt. Limited is looking for Senior HR Executive & Administrator



Job Description

Candidate must have MBA (HR) Background with 2-4 years experience as HR process (End-to-End) in Software company.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Should have excellent verbal and written, Fearless communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. South Indian Language Tamil/Telugu added advantage. English/Hindi Must.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to handle employee relations matters with tact and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Execute talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains the best talent in the software industry.
Foster employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work culture and promote employee satisfaction.
Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and address employee grievances.
Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, Annual Appraisals and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements in India.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and administering employee benefits packages.
Support organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
