Candidate should be MBA/ PGDM in HR/ Industrial Relations, Operations or Equivalent with strong experience in HR Administration, Industrial Relations, Legal Compliance Labour Laws, Contract Labour, Factory Act. Must have excellent communication skills.

Recruitment & Employee Separation
Welfare & Employee Engagement Activities
Up keeping/ Maintenance of office & factory premises.
