Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Support professional to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for hosting new hire orientations, assisting with compliance and administrative tasks, and providing essential support to the HR department (US MARKET)

Required Experience:

Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in Human Resources for US CUSTOMERS
Familiarity with Paychex and Bullhorn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

Host new hire orientations to review benefit offerings, timesheet processes, and other important employee procedures.
Ensure start date details are clearly communicated to new hires.
Assist with I-9 compliance to ensure all new hires are properly documented.
Manage I-9 completion and update hire dates.
Complete employment verifications as required.
Manage and track completion of required sexual harassment trainings.
Upload documents to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems.

Update employee profiles in the ATS system for Paid Time Away (PTA) and burdens.
Confirm new hire starts and process terminations for both internal and external employees.
Confirm benefit enrollments are completed.
Send birthday and anniversary lists to payroll each month and email the organization.
Handle small projects as assigned.
Assist the Director of HR and Operations with department audits and other special projects as needed.
Act as a checker for Payroll.
