QA Engineer (Manual Testing)   




  Ngenue (India) Private Limited is looking for QA Engineer (Manual Testing)



Job Description

we are seeking a dedicated and organized Quality Assurance/ Manual Test Engineers who can help us in testing various nGenue products and releasing the products with utmost quality. The candidate chosen should have a good aptitude and attitude for testing and should be technically sound and passionate towards learning different technologies with test to break attitude.

Candidate should have a BE/ B. Tech Degree in Computer Science or MCA with 6+ years of experience in manual testing
Experience working in Agile and Scrum models
Should have working experience on QA Release Management and also the deployment process.
Solid understanding of testing process & methodologies
Experience testing desktop and web applications
Solid understanding of relational databases and App Servers

Knowledge of tools that will help in functional, usability and security testing
High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
Knowledge of software design and engineering, a good eye for detail, and a natural gift for software troubleshooting.
Good working knowledge of SQL
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team player

Job Responsibility:

Solid understanding of testing process & methodologies, hands-on experience with different types of testing
Define test strategies, prepare repository of testing models and testing technique.
Should be able to produce the software test artefacts along with Test Plan, RTM, HL Test Scenarios, Test Estimation Sheet, Sign-off Documents, Scenario Matrix, Test case preparation
Responsible for the analysis of testing requirements (Functional & Non-Functional ) and writing cases/scenarios that cover the application.
Participate in grooming sessions with BA, development team, and others to provide inputs
Execute test cases that cover wide range of setups, scenarios, customizations
Document and evaluate test result, report bugs and errors into Jira
Implement processes to improve Quality of deliveries across Engineering
Able to troubleshoot errors and find the root cause
Partner with engineers to drive QA efforts
