  Motherson Health & Medical Systems Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - HR & Admin



Job Description



Candidate should have a Masters degree in human resources, Social Work & Labour Law with at least 8-10 years experience in Human Resource Department. Must have strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Knowledge in ISO 13485, EMS & OHSAS

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
Collaborate with managers to develop training and development plans that enhance employee skills and competencies.
Monitor employee morale and work closely with management to identify and address areas for improvement.
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.
Provide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Identify high-potential employees and create succession plans for key positions within the organization.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Stay updated on labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure HR policies and practices remain in compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to create a diverse workforce and an inclusive company culture.
Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.
Develop and monitor key HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
