Job Description

SIB Infotech is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR and administrative tasks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offers
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
