QA Engineer (Manual Testing)




  Trinity Mobile App Lab Private Limited is looking for QA Engineer (Manual Testing)



Job Description

Candidate must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira for defect management and tracking.

Familiarity with TestRail or similar test management tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual) to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing based on software requirements.
Document and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools such as Jira.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and clarify use cases.
Report test results and provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the testing process.
Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues to provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
Maintain and update test documentation including test cases, test plans, and test matrices.
Utilize test management tools such as TestRail or similar for test case management and reporting.
