Job Description

Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for Technical Support Associates - International Voice Process (Telecom)

Work Location: Noida
Job Type: Permanent
Job Module: Onsite (100% WFO)

Candidate must have excellent with communication who have prior experience with US or UK customers in voice process. Should have inbound voice experience into international process on paper minimum 1 year is required (Fresher`s are not eligible for this opportunity)

No Chat experience will be considered only international voice process inbound is required.
Able to handle difficult customer.
Should have good understanding about their KPI`s & KRA`s
Comfortable with Nights, Graveyards & 24*7 shifts
