  Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



Candidate must have sound technical knowledge of Networking, LAN, WAN and troubleshooting
Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
International voice experience (Inbound/ Outbound) would be considered
Candidates from BPO industry & immediate joiners will be preferred
Serves as a support resource to assist sales in the handling of Customer affecting service issues.

Investigates and resolve outages and other issues affecting the quality of service.
Engages the resources appropriate for resolving issues.
Ensures that company isolation and restoration efforts are timely and effective. Coordinates and monitors hand-offs between organizations.
Proactively escalates by phone, following up by email, through the appropriate hierarchical structures.

Apart from these below are the basic requirements:-

Graduate in Any stream (Mandatory)
Experience in international calling
Basic technical knowledge
Ready to work in a 24x7 shift
Good English speaking skills
Customer-centric
Ready to work in rotational shifts
Ready to work from the office
Should be able to perform under pressure
