Job Description



We are looking Application Support Engineer Project to act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have Skills:

Service Desk Management, Critical Incident Management
No Technology Specialization Job Requirements
Good to Have Skills

Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
End User Device Management
1st line support experience
Good knowledge of O365, Windows 10, MS Office, AD and Exchange Online

Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential
Technical Experience. Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification and a good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment Professional

Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational off 5 days` work and 2 days off
Preferred candidate profile: Support Engineer in International MNC`s Experience
