Job Description

Candidate must have proven experience in manual software testing methodologies and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test procedures.
Proficiency in creating and executing test cases.
Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.

Should have effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities-

Execute manual testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project specifications.
Identify, report, and track software defects through thorough testing and debugging processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.

Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy development.
Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
Assist in the training of junior testers and interns.
