  Epicenter Technologies Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Assistant



Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects related to managing day to day task. The role requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, commitment to excellence and strong interpersonal skills.

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in business administration or related field with 2+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Exceptional execution skills with a focus on ensuring smooth execution of all tasks and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in project management activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of tasks with a strong emphasis on smooth execution.
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with finance-related tasks, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.

Diligently monitor and provide reminders for pending tasks, emails, meetings, and deadlines.
Provide high-level administrative support in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality with all tasks and materials handled.
Ensure that supplies and stationery are adequately stocked and managed.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas for enhancing organizational efficiency.
