  Trigent Software Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description



Candidate should be Any technical Graduate with excellent skills in Service Desk Management, Critical Incident Management with strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365. Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential. Basic TCP/IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification and a good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment.

End User Device Management
1st line support experience
Good knowledge of O365, Windows 10, MS Office, AD and Exchange Online

Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational off 5 days` work and 2 days off
Support Engineer in International MNC`s Experience
Looking For immediate joiners
