We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with below experience for different job levels:

L2 - Technical support Engineer - 1 year experience into service desk with excellent communication skills
L3 - Senior technical support engineer - 2 years experience in service desk
L4 - 2yrs in RDM - Remote Desktop management and 2 years in service desk
L5 - Team Leader - 4 years in service desk & 1 year as Team leader

Job Location - Pune
5 days working with rotational shift and rotational off
