Onusworks Software India Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive

Job Description	Candidate should be preferably an MBA with minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment, Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Facility Management. Roles and Responsibilities Be the Primary HR SPOC for all employee related aspects including grievances, attendance, payroll advice, etc. Handle HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Ability to coordinate with cross teams. Recruitment and employee management as and when required. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Responsible for daily updating of Attendance and Leaves, Onboarding activities, updating of Employee files and Issuing ID cards to all workers. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
