  Eagle Software India Private Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - HR/ Admin



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with strong experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Process and Onboarding, Statutory Compliance and Records/ Documents. Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility-

End to End Recruitment On real Estate background
Develop and oversee the recruitment process.
Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates
Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/ filed.
Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Statutory Compliance and Records/ Documents

Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations.
HR Operations and General Administration
Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
Devise innovative ways to streamline processes, ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments.
Manage security protocols and procedures, ensuring the safety of the workplace.
