  KnowBe4 Inc - Security Awareness Training is looking for Senior Software Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
4+ years of front-end development experience with a proven track record.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Strong understanding of Typescript
Experience with one or more mainstream UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte).

This individual in this role is responsible for developing new and exciting products for KnowBe4 s customers, alongside other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

Develops software using the KnowBe4 Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies
Provides a technical contribution to projects
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable code for our front-end applications using Svelte and Typescript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
Rapidly prototype and refine applications based on user experience feedback

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on exceptional user experience.
Application of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for diverse user groups.
Nice to have: Interest or experience in UX design, with an understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000-$115,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant`s skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
