Job Description

Candidate should be Graduate/ MBA (HR) or equivalent with 3 to 8 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment and Onboarding, Attendance and Leave Management, Payroll Management. Should have excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities-

Talent Acquisition & Development (End to End Recruitment)
Prepare Training module and for various department & process and implement same in effective manner
Maintain Industrial Relation
Organization Development
Employee Engagement
P.M.S., K.P.I. and K.R.As

Prepare world class System & Process for better operation
Manage & Lead H.R. Department Team
Create learning culture
Payroll Management
Admin and legal activity
Facilities Management for Cinemas
Responsible for Statutory Compliance adherence for Staffs
