Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent logical reasoning with computer proficiency basics, understanding of hardware and software, computer fundamentals, internet and networking fundamentals, a basic understanding of hardware and software, computer fundamentals, internet, and networking fundamentals.

Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy
Willingness to learn
Should be self-motivated & possess the ability to work under pressure
Capable of handling internet troubleshooting issues relevant to computers, applications, basic networking, LAN, and WAN technologies

Candidates should be open to a shift 24x7
