Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with excellent communication skills. Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy. Excellent logical reasoning with computer proficiency basics, understanding of hardware and software, computer fundamentals, internet and networking fundamentals.

Must have basic understanding of hardware and software, computer fundamentals, internet, and networking fundamentals. Capable of handling internet troubleshooting issues relevant to computers, applications, basic networking, LAN, and WAN technologies

Willingness to learn.
Should be self-motivated & possess the ability to work under pressure.
Candidates should be open to a shift 24x7.
