  TPF Engineering Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities for HR:

1) Recruitment and Onboarding
2) HR Administration
3) Attendance and Leave Management
4) Coordination Training and Development
5) Compliance and Policy Implementation
6) Employee Engagement
7) Benefits Administration
8) Data Management

Key Responsibilities for Administrative and Accounts Support:

1) Vendor management
2) Fleet management
3) Courier coordination with HO/Sites
4) Voucher verification
5) Preparing Bills
6) Any other Day to day administration and/or accounts activities.
