Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Hardware Support, Networking, Desktop Support, Hardware Troubleshooting. Fluent English communication is must.

Key Responsibilities-

Provide the first-line of after-sales telephone, remote technical support, troubleshooting
Provide the first line of support to the customer 24*7.
Remote Applications Installations,
Upgrades, and repairs using a phone, online chat,
