Job Description
|
Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Experience with desktop virtualization and remote desktop solutions.
Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Certifications (Optional):
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSE ,CCNA or equivalent.
