Person must have strong experience of handling End-to-End recruitment process & should have a eye for detail in screening CVs based on the JD and using various Recruitment Tools. Experience of handling complete HR Lifecycle (On boarding to Exit). Assisting in smooth execution of Employee Engagement & Employee Benefits.
Handling Administration activities. Well versed using MS Office especially MS Excel, PPT & Word Should hold the willingness to learn new technologies. Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
