  Aptara Technologies Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Associate



Job Description



Candidate should have at least one year of working experience as a Customer Support Associate.
Must have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient computer skills and MS Office suites.
Should have knowledge of international chat/ voice process.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong people skills.

Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, willing to work in night shift.
Should have knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Should have good Time Management wherein he/she should be able to handle multiple tasks within the limited time frame
Should be proactive in taking on more and more tasks and responsibilities
Should be punctual for work and can work on any shifts
To get trained and work on client-provided software for requested service
Should be comfortable working in US shifts
