Job Description

Person would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Microsoft .NET technologies, specifically with the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architectural pattern. This role involves working with SQL databases to store and retrieve data. The .NET MVC SQL Developer is a crucial member of the development team, contributing to the creation of robust and scalable web applications.

Key Skills:


C# Programming: Proficiency in C# is essential for developing .NET applications, including the MVC framework/ Core.
ASP.NET MVC: Strong understanding of the Model-View-Controller pattern and the ability to build web applications using ASP .NET MVC.
SQL Database Management: Skill in designing, querying, and managing SQL databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Proficiency in front-end web technologies to create user interfaces and enhance user experience.
Entity Framework: Knowledge of Entity Framework or another Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tool for database interactions.
Web Services: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services for data exchange between applications.

Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
Testing and Debugging: Ability to perform unit testing and debug code to ensure quality and reliability.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Documentation: Excellent documentation skills for maintaining clear and organized records of code and system architecture.
Security Awareness: Knowledge of web security best practices and common security vulnerabilities to protect the application from threats.
Deployment and Server Management: Understanding of deploying applications and basic server management concepts.
This role demands a combination of programming skills, database management, and web development expertise.
