  Greenheart Floors Private Limited is looking for Senior HR Executive/ Administrator



Job Description

Candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in HR Administration, Attendance Maintenance, Joining Formalities, HR Operations, EPF, Salary Processing. Must have excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities-

Handling Time & Attendance, Payroll, Statutory compliances, and liaison with Govt. departments.
Implement effective HR policies to ensure all practices are in compliance with labor and employment regulations.
Issue employee letters and certificates as and when required.
Handling contractual labor, their compliances and regular HR audits.
Responsible for proper exit formalities and full & final settlement of employees.
Collaboration with plant management to identify workforce needs, recruit, and onboard candidates.
