  Telstra India Private Limited is looking for Software Engineer (Java, Microservices)



Job Description

Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in back-end technologies, such as Core Java, Sprint boot, Microservices or others, and experience working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Should have experience with Integration Design Patterns such as SOA, Microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Experience working with multiple integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, ETL and APIs
Demonstrated sound knowledge of Web Service and API standards, Swagger Specs and design principles.
Experience in creating and maintaining systems integration documentation (Interface Specs and Functional Specs)
Strong understanding of AWS or any cloud-based core components (EC2, ECR, Lambdas, Kinesis, Code Pipelines, Code Deploy, etc)

Should be experienced in Version control systems (Git, Github, Bitbucket)
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-tiered applications in enterprise environment.
Demonstrated solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices.
Preferably, experience with use of API testing tools (eg Postman, JMeter, SoapUi)
Experience in development and/or design and support of APIs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related discipline preferable.
