Candidate should have MBA or Any degree in HR or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Must have strong business sense and industry expertise
Key Responsibilities-
Vendor Management Update internal databases with new hire information. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies. Publish and remove job ads. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics. Respond to employees questions about benefits. Look into all admin related works. Employee engagement activities.
