Job Description



This Technical and B2B Support Executive position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our B2B customers. If you are a dedicated and customer-focused individual with a strong technical background, we encourage you to apply.

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (B. Tech, BCA will be an added advantage). Strong technical background and understanding of B2B software and services. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in technical support or B2B customer service is a plus.
Relevant technical certifications may be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier technical support to B2B customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client`s operations.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to assist clients effectively.

Educate customers on product features, functionality, and best practices to maximize their usage.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
