Job Description



Candidate must have good technical knowledge on DHCP, DNS, OSI, TCP router, Modem, OSI. Networking Concepts.
Should have excellent voice communication skills- English.
Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
Customer Centricity & Willingness to Learn.

Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.
Critical Thinking and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
Basics understanding of Hardware and Software.

Salary Package - 3 LPA - 4 LPA
Pick up and Drop facilities

Educational Qualification - Fresher

Any Technical Graduate related to Computer/ IT. e.g. BCA/ MCA, BSc IT/ MSc IT, BE/ B. Tech, 3 year Computer Diploma/ DCA after 12th, Computer Science Grads/ PG, Bachelor in Computer Management, PGD ISM. GNIIT etc.
