  Akamai Technologies India Pvt. Limited is looking for Software Testing Engineer (SDET)



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or its equivalent with 1+ years experience in Software-Testing/ Automation using Python. Have experience/ knowledge of one or more of the following clouds - Azure, AWS and GCP. familiar with debugging tools and packet sniffers (TCPDUMP , Wireshark) etc.

Should have good networking knowledge (TCP/ IP, HTTP, HTTPs)
Knowledge about Jenkins, Git, REST APIs, Database and SQL
Be comfortable with working in a Linux/ Unix environment.

You will be responsible for:

Testing new and enhance products and services for Next generation Micro segmentation and threat protection solutions
Building or contributing to automation framework that tests the product
Developing test strategy, test infrastructure and come up with innovative/production like test scenarios that ensures product quality
Taking ownership for technical and product innovation, implementing proof of concepts, analyzing systems, and proposing solutions
Collaborating with software engineering teams in an Agile environment for Reviews
