  Engage Digital Partners Private Limited is looking for Admin and HR Executive



Job Description



As the Admin and HR Executive at Engage Digital Partners, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while managing human resources functions. This position requires an individual with exceptional administrative and organizational skills, as well as specific knowledge of vendor management and travel coordination.

Qualifications/ Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in office administration and human resources.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
Strong vendor management skills, including negotiation and contract management.
Proficiency in booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Handle procurement and vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.

Human Resources:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information.

Travel Coordination:

Responsible for booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations for employees whenever required.
Coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring cost-effective and efficient arrangements.
Maintain travel records and expense reports, and ensure adherence to company travel policies.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with various vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of services.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Evaluate and recommend new vendors when necessary.
